Shanghai Bean Association: Driving the "troika" to ensure food safety
On July 18, the 7th Working meeting of the 7th President of Shanghai Bean Products Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Bean Association") was held. At the meeting, Shen Jianhua, President of Shanghai Bean Association, pointed out that ensuring the smooth operation of the "troika" of food safety, production safety and environmental safety is the main theme of the work of Shanghai Bean Association in the second half year, and put forward six safeguards:
First, to strengthen the work of enterprises with food safety risks, to help enterprises technological transformation and improve management level.
Ii. Assist the management department to revise the delivery order system, so that the production, sales and circulation of soybean products can be traced through the delivery order.
Third, on the basis of widely listening to the opinions of the development of "non-woven fabric segmentation processing health standards", and actively declared into the legal group standard.
Iv. Guide enterprises to promote the development of industrialized bean sprouts through group cooperation, pasting traceability labels, strengthening consumer publicity and other measures, so as to ensure that industrialized bean sprouts meet the "four modernizations" requirements of standardization, vegetable purification, packaging and cold chain transformation.
5. Give full play to the role of the Food Safety Working Committee and the Environmental safety Working Committee under the Association, and jointly improve the safety and environmental protection level of soybean products by organizing discussions, exchanges and mutual visits.
Vi. Summarize the successful experience of collective procurement of inner grease and copy it to the procurement of other raw and auxiliary materials.
